When you register as a customer, you can manage various services with your customer ID, minimizing complicated application and verification procedures and allowing you to access a variety of services with a single click. Please be sure to read the customer terms and conditions before applying for registration. Note that customer registration is limited to new customers.<\/p>\n
[Chapter 1: General Provisions]<\/strong><\/p>\nArticle 1 (Purpose)<\/strong>
These terms and conditions are intended to set forth the basic terms and conditions and procedures between MGL (hereinafter “Company”) and the subscriber who applies for customer registration (hereinafter “Customer”) to use the services provided by the Company (hereinafter “Services”).<\/span><\/p>\nArticle 2 (Effect and Changes to the Terms and Conditions)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- These terms and conditions become effective by being posted on the service menu and the Company\u2019s website or by notifying the Customer through other means, for all users who wish to use the Services, including registered customers.<\/span><\/li>\n
- The Company may change these terms and conditions if reasonable reasons arise. If the terms are changed, the Company will immediately announce or notify the changes in the same manner as specified in paragraph 1.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
Article 3 (Application and Standards of Terms and Conditions)<\/strong>
The use of the Services provided by MGL is subject to these terms and conditions. Matters not specified in these terms and conditions are governed by the Telecommunications Basic Act, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., and other relevant laws.<\/span><\/p>\nArticle 4 (Definitions of Terms)<\/strong>
Definitions of terms used in these terms and conditions are as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n\n- Hosting Service<\/strong>: Utilizing the Company’s network or system to allocate a certain space on a server or to exclusively use a server to implement selected functions on the internet, using the basic and additional features provided by the Company.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Domain<\/strong>: An internet address system composed of combinations of letters and numbers, indicating the location of a specific computer or computer area corresponding to a specific IP address.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Korean Internet Address<\/strong>: An internet address system, commonly known as internet keywords, provided by Netpia, which consists of combinations of letters (Korean, English, etc.), numbers, or symbols, and directly links to a specific computer or computer area corresponding to an IP address or domain name.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Server<\/strong>: Internet equipment configured to allow the Customer to operate and manage a homepage.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Customer<\/strong>: In principle, a Customer refers to the individual who agrees to these terms and conditions, fills out their personal information in the Company’s online customer registration form, and receives an ID and password.<\/span><\/li>\n
- ID<\/strong>: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the Customer and approved by the Company for customer identification and service use.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Password<\/strong>: A combination of letters and numbers set by the Customer to protect their confidentiality.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Operator, Administrator<\/strong>: An individual designated by the Company to manage and operate all or part of the Services.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Termination<\/strong>: The termination of the service agreement after the commencement of services by the Company or the Customer.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Billing Responsible Person<\/strong>: A person obligated to pay all charges under the terms and conditions to the Company, in solidarity with the service customer. In principle, this person is the service customer, but the Company may recognize another person as the billing responsible person.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
Article 5 (Contents of the Services)<\/strong>
The Company provides the Customer with services developed by the Company itself, services developed by other companies, and various other services separately determined by the Company. However, the provision schedule and method for each service may be changed, delayed, or not provided due to the Company\u2019s circumstances.<\/span><\/p>\n[Chapter 2: Service Use Agreement]<\/strong><\/p>\nArticle 6 (Formation of the Use Agreement)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- When the Customer clicks the “Agree” button in response to the registration application questions, it is considered that the Customer agrees to these terms and conditions.<\/span><\/li>\n
- The use agreement is formed when the Company accepts the Customer’s registration application as specified in Article 7.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
Article 7 (Application for Use)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- The Company informs the Customer who wishes to use the Services about the main contents of these terms and conditions and processes the registration after obtaining the Customer’s consent.<\/span><\/li>\n
- The Company collects the minimum personal information required to establish and perform the service contract by lawful and fair means, including ID, password, name, address, resident registration number, phone number, and other necessary items recognized by the Company.<\/span><\/li>\n
